摘 要:针对渝阳煤矿深部巷道N3702运输巷围岩变形严重、原支护方式效果差的问题,为保证巷道长久稳定与安全,通过巷道矿压监测与松动圈测试量化了围岩变形特征,研究了围岩变形与支护作用机理。研究结果表明:巷道围岩变形破坏具有明显的时间效应,顶底变形大于两帮变形。基于悬吊理论与最大水平应力理论进行支护优化设计,确定了合理有效的支护优化方案及参数,并进行了现场工程试验。根据现场监测结果分析,支护优化方案有效控制了巷道围岩变形,支护效果较好。To counter to the problems of serious deformation of surrounding rock and bad support effect of deep N3702 haulage roadway in Yuyan Mine, the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock was quantified by the mine pressure monitoring and loose circle measurement in order to ensure the long-term stability and safety of the roadway, and the deformation of surrounding rock and supporting mechanism were studied. The research results showed that the deformation failure of the surrounding rock had obvious time effect, the roof and floor deformation was greater than two sides. Based on suspension theory and maximum horizontal stress theory, support optimization design was made, the reasonable and effective support scheme and parameters were determined and the field tests were carried out. The analysis of the field monitoring results showed that the optimized support scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and better supporting effect was obtained.
