新疆野山楂花芽形态分化的研究

摘　　要：为探讨新疆野山楂花芽形成过程,采用石蜡切片法对阿尔泰山楂和红果山楂的花芽内部组织结构形态分化过程进行观察。结果表明,阿尔泰山楂和红果山楂花芽分化自7月上旬开始,持续至翌年4月初,历时280d左右,其过程可分为未分化期、分化始期、花蕾分化期、萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期、雌蕊分化期和胚珠出现期;分化始期集中在8月初,花蕾分化集中在8月中旬,萼片原基分化和花瓣原基分化分别集中在9月中旬和10月中旬,而雄蕊分化和雌蕊分化则集中在翌年3月。野山楂花芽分化各时期有重叠交错现象,以萼片分化期、花瓣分化期、雄蕊分化期和雌蕊分化期4个时期并存的情况越冬。The paraffin section method is adapted to discuss the developing process of flower bud differen‐tiation of wild hawthorn in Xinjiang.The results indicated that the flower bud differentiation started in the first ten‐day period of July and continue to next April.The flower bud differentiation process lasted for a‐bout 280 days.The whole process may be divided into the non‐differentiation stage,the initial differentia‐tion stage,the bud differentiation stage,the sepal primordial differentiation stage,the petal primordial dif‐ferentiation stage,the stamen primordial differentiation stage,the pistil primordial differentiation stage and the ovule differentiation stage.Differentiation began in the middle ten‐day period August,flower bud dif‐ferentiation focussed in the middle ten‐day period of August,sepal primordium differentiation and petal pri‐mordium differentiation were concentrated in the middle ten‐day period of September and October,and the differentiation of stamen and pistil was focussed in the next march.The flower bud differentiation period of wild hawthorn have overlapping phenomenon.Sepals differentiation stage,petal differentiation stage,sta‐men differentiation stage and pistil differentiation stage exist together in the winter.
