地市政府在地方大学发展的作用与路径

摘　　要：地方政府与地方高校之间是一种相互依赖、相互制约和相互适应的关系。地方大学对于地市政府的贡献力表现为促进地方经济发展、地方产业转型升级和城市文化繁荣与城市品位提升,从而提出地市政府推动地方大学发展的有效途径为共建产学研合作平台、合作办学、科技创新和改善地方大学的办学条件等。There exists a kind of relationship of interdependence, interaction and mutual adaptation between the local government and the local universities. The contributions which the local government made to the local universities are shown as follow： promoting the development of the local economy, the transformation and upgrading of the local industry, the prosperity of urban culture and the improvement of the city＇ s qualities as well. Therefore, the effective pathways of promoting the development of local universities by local government will be put forward ： co - constructing the cooperation platform of industry - university - research, cooperation in education, technology innovation and the improvement of running conditions of local universities.
