摘　　要：张楚廷先生是我国的一位当代校长教育家,其"神管形不管"学校管理思想匠心独运,充满智慧,在其长达30年的学校管理实践中发挥了重要的作用。其核心思想是以人为本,集中体现在目标管理、民主管理与法规管理的"三大管理"原则中,即"运用目标进行管理,按照民主的原则进行管理,应用法规的手段进行管理"。充分发挥全校师生员工的主观能动性,寓"管"于"不管"之中。Mr. ZHANG Chu - ting is one of the famous contemporary principal educators in China. He has formed a set of school management thinking on ＂management in spirit not in form＂ which plays an extremely important role in his 30 years of practice in the school governance, brimming with wisdom and glowing bright light. His core thinking which is people first is embodied in the principle of ＂three managements＂ ： target management, democratic management, laws and regulations management, namely ＂Management in ac- cordance with the use of goal, the principles of democracy and application of laws and regulations＂. Give full play to all the staffs and students subjective initiative, making good use of ＂management in spirit not in form＂.
