中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系下的两国高等教育交流与合作研究

摘　　要：中国和俄罗斯当前正处于伙伴关系的全新发展时期,两国政府和人民高度重视在人文领域开展教育交流与合作。文章运用统计、文献研究和个案研究方法从两国伙伴关系出发对高等教育交流与合作的发展战略进行研究。研究表明,中俄两国高等教育的交流与合作不仅要主动采取措施应对两国政治和经济社会的新要求,还应具有前瞻性、创新性和积极性,服务于两国战略伙伴关系的全面建设。后续研究者可在中俄两国高等教育国际化合作面对的挑战与对策做更进一步探索。The governments and the people of China and Russia think highly of the communication and cooperation in the field of humanities in the new era. This paper, by means of statistics, is intended to make a study of the development strategies of communica- tion and cooperation between the two parties in the field of higher education. The findings indicate that both the parties should take measures to satisfy the new need of their politics and economy, and better serve the full construction of their strategic partnership, thus these measures should be active, innovative and prospective. And the follow - up researchers may focus on the potential challenges and countermeasures, which the two parties may encounter in their communication and cooperation.
