摘  要:现代Web网络技术的飞速发展为网络教育提供了新的机遇和挑战。网络教育迅速大面积普及发展的同时对合格的网络教育教师(以下简称:网络教师)的需求也进一步提高。高素质的专业网络教师是实施"现代远程教育工程"的质量保证。文章通过比较和分析国内外对网络教师的培训情况,提出了网络教育理论体系中培训专业网络教师所应借鉴的理论、系统和实践,旨在探索我国网络教学设计的理想框架,提高网络教师的能力,为开展中国特色网络教师培训提供一些建设性意见。The rapid development of modem web network technology provides new opportunities and challenges for the network ed- ucation. With the widespread popularity of network education, there is great demand to further improve for a large number of profes- sional and qualified network teachers as they will guarantee the implementation of "the modem distance educational project". In this paper, the author put forward the theory, system and practice which should be used for reference from training professional network teachers in the theory system of network education, by comparing and analyzing the training situation of network teachers at home and abroad. It aims to explore the ideal framework of network teaching design in China, to improve the ability of network teachers, to pro- vide some constructive suggestions for network teachers training of Chinese characteristic.
