耳穴压丸改善轻度慢性乙肝患者抑郁情绪及降低转氨酶临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压丸疗法改善肝郁脾虚轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者抑郁情绪及降低转氨酶的临床疗效。方法:将98例肝郁脾虚轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为耳穴组与药物组各49例。耳穴组采用耳穴压丸疗法,药物组采用复方甘草酸苷片治疗。2组分别于治疗前,治疗第4、8、12周末用抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评分并分别检测其血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST),结果进行统计学分析。结果:耳穴组与药物组均能降低转氨酶,临床疗效组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组改善抑郁情绪疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),药物组优于耳穴组;第4、8、12周末,2组ALT、AST及耳穴组SDS评分均低于前一时间段,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压丸可改善肝郁脾虚轻度慢性乙型肝炎患者抑郁情绪及降低转氨酶,且远期疗效优于近期疗效。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of auricular plaster therapy on improve depression and decrease transaminase in mild chronic hepatitis patients with the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency.Methods： Ninety-eight patients were randomly divided into auricular plaster group and medicine group,each group having 49 cases. The auricular plaster group was treated with auricular plaster therapy, while the medicine group was given Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets. The scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale（SDS）and the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase（ALT） and aspartate aminotransferase（AST） were observed before treatment and at the end of treatment week 4, 8, 12, and the statistical analysis was also carried out. Results： The differences between the two groups in decreasing transaminase was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.The differences of improving depression had statistical significance（P 0.05）. The scores of SDS and the levels of ALT,AST at the end of treatment week 4,8,12 in both groups were lower than those at the corresponding prior period（P 0.05）. Conclusion：The auricular plaster therapy can improve depression and decrease transaminase in mild chronic hepatitis B patients with the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,the long-term curative effect being better than the short-term.
