摘 要:配电网电磁式电压互感器饱和易引发铁磁谐振,可能产生长时间的过电压。首先,提出一种基于零序电压柔性控制的铁磁谐振抑制新方法,由脉宽调制有源逆变向配电网注入零序电流,吸收电网零序暂态能量,释放线路对地电容的多余电荷,抑制过电压,从本源上消除铁磁谐振;然后对一配电网分频、基频、高频铁磁谐振的抑制进行仿真验证。结果表明,所提方法仅需短时注入零序电流,强迫配电网脱离铁磁谐振状态,抑制零序电压为零。Middle low voltage power system can emerge over-voltage due to ferroresonance caused by the electromagnetic voltage transformer saturation. This paper proposed a ferroresonance suppression method based on the flexible control of zero-sequence voltage. In this method, a zero-sequence current is injected into the power system by an active inverter, which absorbs the zero-sequence transient energy and releases the extra charge of the capacitors between power lines and the ground, thus ultimately eliminates the ferroresonance. The suppression of sub-harmonic ferroresonance, fundamental ferroresonance and highfrequency ferroresonance was simulated respectively, which showed that with the proposed method, the distribution system can be forced out from ferromagnetic resonance state and the zero-sequence voltage can be restrained to zero with only a short-time injection of zero-sequence current.
