肥乡之役与孟州之置——唐武宗朝地方秩序的重整

摘　　要：唐武宗用兵泽潞之前,跋扈之昭义刘从谏于洺州罢废清漳、洺水二县;用兵期间,朝廷于河阳建置孟州。两地州县置废主导权的转换,可以展现朝廷重新控制昭义与持续牵制河朔的历史实态。朝廷成功平定刘稹的两条关键线索即何弘敬和王宰均与李德裕控驭有方密切相关,王宰趋磁州以迫魏博何弘敬出兵,遂有肥乡之役,以致山东三州归降;孟州建置后,刘沔镇河阳以迫王宰,终致昭义使府潞州底定。李德裕控驭之本在于宪宗平藩重建的中央权威在武宗朝得以维系并重新整合,此后直至唐末,藩镇与朝廷的实力消长也在悄然改变。During Wuzong Emperor of Tang dynasty used military forces in Ze Lu,the imperial court established Mengzhou in Heyang.The court's successful suppression of Liu Zhen had much to do with the proper control of Li Deyu over He Hongjing and Wang Zai.The reason is that central authority set up by Xianzong Emperor was maintained and readjusted during the reign of Wuzong Emperor,and the wax and wane of power between the Tang Dynasty military governor( usu.in control of outlying prefectures) and the imperial court is silently changing.
