摘 要:基于二流体模型,对三种结构模型就温度及外加磁场对超导材料光学特性的影响进行了研究.由于超导材料的折射率依赖于温度及外加磁场,超导材料的光学特性也随之变化.分析结果表明,TE波和TM波随温度与外加磁场的变化是一致的.在确定的温度下,超导材料光学特性随外加磁场的增加单调变化.但在确定的外磁场下,存在一转折温度,以该转折温度为分界点,超导材料的光学特性随温度表现出不同的变化规律.Influence of temperature and external magnetic field on the optical properties of a superconductor in the near-zero-permittivity operation range is theoretically investigated based on the two-fluid model.Investigations are performed through the calculations of optical reflectance over three model structures.Due to the temperature and magnetic field-dependent refractive index in superconductor,the optical properties of a superconductor are highly sensitive to the temperature and the external magnetic field.It is shown that the influence of temperature and external magnetic field on TE wave is similar to TM wave.The optical properties of a superconductor monotonously change with increasing the external magnetic field at a fixed temperature.But at a fixed external magnetic field,a break temperature is found.When the temperature is greater or smaller than this break temperature,the optical properties of a superconductor present a different behavior.
