生产性服务业FDI空间集聚的影响因素研究——基于空间计量的分析

摘　　要：本文从空间相关性因素和传统因素两个角度对生产性服务业FDI空间集聚的影响因素进行分析,并利用我国24个省市2004-2011年的数据,借助Moran’s I指数、空间滞后及空间误差模型对其进行实证检验。研究结果表明：我国生产性服务业FDI的空间分布极不均衡,存在空间正相关和空间集聚的特征,同时也呈现出空间负相关和空间离散的特征,但空间正相关和空间集聚的特征更为明显,存在空间正相关的相邻地区的生产性服务业FDI值是相似的,某个区域生产性服务业FDI的流入量与相邻区域FDI流入量的多少有关。传统因素中生产性服务业集聚的程度是生产性服务业FDI空间集聚最重要的正相关因素,制造业FDI规模是第二重要正相关因素,对外开放程度、制造业发展水平、人力资本状况的影响作用位居其后,制度和政策约束与生产性服务业FDI的流入呈负相关,但是这种负向效应并不显著。This paper analyzes spatial agglomeration factors of FDI in producer services from two aspects of spatial correlation factors and traditional factors. By using the data of 2004 - 2011 years in 24 provinces and cities in China,we make an empirical test with the help of Moran index,space autoregressive and spatial error model. The results indicate that distribution of FDI in producer services is extremely uneven,and shows the characteristics of spatial correlation positive and agglomeration,also showing the features of spatial negative correlation and discrete, but the first characteristics is more obvious. Spatial neighboring regions have similar FDI values,the number of FDI inflows in producer services is associated with the number of neighborhood. The degree of producer services agglomeration is most important traditional factors,the scale of manufacturing FDI is the second important positive correlation factor,the influence of openness, level of manufacturing development, human capital position followed by the scale of manufacturing FDI,institutional and policy constraints and FDI inflows in producer services is negatively correlated,but this negative effect is not significant.
