木质包装企业生产废料循环利用的研究

摘　　要：木质废料的合理化处理,一直是木质品生产企业高度关注的问题,研究适合企业的木质废料处理方法,可提高木质生产企业原料使用率、增加原料的利用价值,同时也是对国家提倡节能环保、绿色低碳能源政策的积极响应。该文主要以年产200万件木托盘企业为研究对象,对该企业木质废料制生物质颗粒燃料项目进行相应研究,探讨适合我国木质包装企业废料资源化利用的新模式。Rationalization of treating waste wood,has always been a matter of high attention in woodworkproduction enterprises,research wood waste treatment method suitable for enterprises,can improve raw mate-rial utilization rate and increase the material utilization value in wood production enterprise;also is proac-tive responded to the state advocate energy-conserving and environment-protective,green and low-carbon en-ergy policy. In this paper,the study of annual output of two million pieces of wood tray enterprises,tostudy the enterprise utilize waste wood produce biomass pellet fuel project and explore suitable for China′swood packaging enterprises a new model of waste resource utilization.
