摘　　要：农村金融问题是中国的一个重大理论和现实问题,农村金融创新与发展将对中国农村经济社会未来发展具有重要作用。本次国际学术会议围绕农村金融创新与发展主题,就当前农村金融市场及金融机构发展、农村金融改革与创新研究、农村金融产品和金融服务供求问题、国外农村金融发展与创新研究动态、研究理论、方法创新等5个主题进行了多角度、深层次的探讨和交流,在农村金融市场供求均衡、市场配置效率、农业产业链金融、农村普惠金融发展、农村金融生态优化、农村金融风险管理、农村金融学科建设等问题的未来研究与政策改革上达成了基本共识。Chinese rural financial problem is a major theoretical and practical issue.Rural financial innovation and development is of critical importance to the future development of Chinese rural economy and society.The theme of this international conference is the innovation and development of rural finance.Five research themes were discussed in the conference,such as the development of rural financial markets and financial institutions,the research of rural financial reform and innovation,the supply and demand of rural financial products and services,the research of foreign rural financial development and innovation,rural finance research review,theories and methods innovation.The consensus has been reached on the aspects of supply and demand of rural financial market equilibrium,market efficiency,industrial finance,rural inclusive finance development,rural financial ecological optimization,rural financial risk management,and discipline construction of rural finance.
