农户对农业社会化服务的需求优先序研究——基于15省微观调查数据的分析

摘　　要：当前农业社会化服务供需并不平衡,农户的农业社会化服务需求并未得到有效满足。从农户需求视角入手,综合运用首选项决定法、加权频数法和聚类分析三种方法,从整体和不同群组层面分析当前农户对种苗提供服务、农业技术服务、生产资料采购服务、生产计划安排服务、农产品销售服务等农业社会化服务的需求优先次序及差别。研究结果表明,农户对种苗提供、农产品销售等服务的需求迫切程度远高于其它农业社会化服务,农产品加工、农业机械、农业基础设施服务则排在最后;而具体研究方法的选取、区域、收入水平、是否合作社成员、受教育水平、经营类型等因素都会对优先序的结果产生影响。因此,农业社会化服务供给主体应优先提供农户迫切需求的农业服务,并充分考虑不同类型农户的特征差异导致的需求差异。At present,agricultural social service is not balance between supply and demand,and farmers＇ demand for agricultural social service has not been effectively met.In this paper,from the perspective of farmers demand and a whole and different group level,we use synthetically the preference decision method,the weighted frequency method and clustering analysis method to analyze demand priority and difference of the agricultural social service,for example,germ chit provision service,agricultural technology service,capital goods procurement service,production plan arrangement service,agricultural products sales service and so on.The results prove that the demand priority of germ chit provision service and agricultural products sales service are superior to others,as agricultural processing service,agricultural machinery and infrastructure service come in last.Further,the selection of specific research methods,different region,income level,the cooperative members or not,education degree and management type,each of these factors will affect the results of priority.Therefore,supplier of agricultural social service should provide farmers urgent demand of agricultural services first,and take full account of different demand from different characteristics of farmers.
