摘 要:随着社会经济的发展,传统化石能源消费模式已渐现弊端,太阳能、风能等可再生能源的开发和利用无疑是社会经济可持续发展的必由之路。目前电网对可再生能源的接入主要采用分布式发电技术,但分布式发电具有分散、随机变动等特点,大量的分布式电源的接入给电网的安全稳定运行带来极大影响。如何采集这些分布式电源的运行信息,实现对分布式电源的智能调度管理是迫切需要解决的问题。提出了基于北斗技术的分布式电源信息采集方案,实现对分布式新能源的实时信息采集和智能调度控制,解决其对电网安全的影响,保障新能源的安全接入和高效利用。With the development of society,the mode of traditional energy consumption could not meet our requirement in few years later. The only way to resolve this problem is using renewable energy,such as solar energy,wind energy and so on. At present,distributed technology is used to the renewable energy access to power grid. But distributed technology is dispersed and stochastic,and a large number of distributed renewable energy would bring great influence to the safe of power grids. How to collect the information of distributed renewable energy,and how to control it,is an urgent problem to be dealt with. This paper mainly presents the information acquisition and intelligent control of distributed renewable power which based on Beidou technology. In this way the impact on the power grid security be reduced,and the efficiency of renewable energy using is improved.
