摘  要:通过研究大型风电集群所具有的无功电压特性,为制定风电集群无功电压综合控制方案提供借鉴。通过对瓜州地区风电集群实际有功出力的统计分析,及进行大量的离线仿真计算,分别研究了风电集群在长时间尺度和短时间尺度下的有功出力特性,风电场并网点的P-V特性,风电集群无功损耗的分布状况,风电集群接入的电网所具有的无功电压特性,电网的短路容量与风电集群电压稳定性的关系,初步揭示了大型风电集群的无功电压特性。By studying reactive voltage characteristics of clusters for large wind-power,reference for the development of wind power cluster reactive power and voltage control scheme is provided. Through the statistical analysis for Guazhou area wind power cluster actual active outpot,and a lot of off-line simulation,wind power clusters active output characteristics were investigated at short time scales and scales,P-V characteristics of the wind farm access point,the distribution of wind power cluster reactive power loss,the reactive power and voltage characteristics of the power grid wind power cluster access,the relationship short-circuit capacity of grid with wind power cluster voltage stability. All of which initially revealed reactive voltage characteristic clusters of large-scale wind power.
