摘  要:目的对某飞机制造业噪声作业人员进行职业健康检查,分析该公司噪声作业人员的听力损伤现状,以期对预防职业性听力损伤提出建议。方法对某飞机制造业试飞、铆工2个工种共792名作业工人进行听力检测,由专职技术人员在隔音室内对作业工人进行双耳纯音听力测定,同时对2个工种作业环境的噪声强度进行监测。结果该企业噪声作业工人以高频听力损伤为主,2个工种作业工人听力损伤检出率分别为24.5%、34.2%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但听力损失在性别间无差异;2工种听力损伤检出率均随工龄及年龄的增加而升高。结论听力损伤与噪声作业有关,应当引起重视,建议加强个人防护,建立健康监护档案,控制职业性听力损伤发生。Objective To investigate the noise-exposed workers in an aircraft manufacturer, to analyze their hearing impairment status and put forward suggestions for prevention of occupational hearing loss and occupational noise deafness. Methods 792 workers which include flight-test and riveter workers of an airplane manufacture were investigated. The pure eudiometry was conducted by professionals, and the noise intensity was measured in two working environments. Results Most of them had high-frequency hearing loss. The audition damage rates of flight-test and riveter workers were 24.5% and 34.2%, respectively.There were significant differences between different types of work. The damage rate increases with the length of service and age.Conclusion There are some associations between audition damage and noise, to which more attention should be pained. It is suggested to strengthen personal protection to establish health records and control occupational noise deafness.
