新医改背景下农民工尘肺病纳入医疗保障制度的思考

摘　　要：近年农民工问题已经成为我国重要社会问题之一,农民工群体中尘肺病病例逐年增加,在新医改的背景下,财政投入、政策导向和社会环境都为农民工尘肺病纳入医疗保障制度提供了良好的机遇。本文主要通过文献研究和政策分析等方法分析农民工尘肺病的发病情况和医疗保险情况,为农民工尘肺病纳入医疗保障制度提供参考性建议。In recent years, the issue of migrant workers has become one of the important social problems in China. Pneumoconiosis cases of migrant workers groups has increased year by year. In the background of the new healthcare reform, it is a good opportunity to take migrant workers＇ pneumoconiosis into medical security system by the financial investment, policy and social environment.This paper mainly research the incidence and medical insurance of migrant workers pneumoconiosis through literature research and policy analysis, and providing reference advices for migrant workers pneumoconiosis into medical security system.
