维文版FLIC量表在恶性肿瘤患者生命质量测定中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评价维文版FLIC量表的信度和效度。方法以中文版FLIC量表为蓝本,通过对其翻译、回译及文化调适后形成维文版FLIC量表,运用此量表调查276例恶性肿瘤患者,评价其信、效度。结果量表总的Cronbach＇sα系数为0.767,各领域的Cronbach＇sα系数为0.705~0.809;第一次测量和第二次测量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;除了心理良好领域,其他各领域与所属领域的相关系数均大于0.7（P〈0.05）,与其他领域的相关系数均小于0.08（P〈0.05）;因子分析累积方差贡献率为80.982%;反应度评价尚需进一步研究。结论维文版FLIC生命质量量表具有良好的信效度,可以应用于新疆公共卫生等医学领域。Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of uyghur FLIC scale. Methods 276 cancer patients were investigated by Uyghur questionnaire which been translated and back-translated and adjusted with culture from the Chinese vision FLIC.Results Totally, the Cronbach＇s α is 0.767. It ranged from 0.705-0.809 of cronbach ＇s α coefficients in all fields. There was no significant difference（P0.05） between the first measurement and the second measurement. Except for the field of good psychology,the correlation coefficients between the fields and belonged fields were larger than 0.7（P0.05）, but less than 0.08（P0.05） with other areas. In factor analysis, the cumulative contribution rate was 80.982%; Response evaluation needs further study. Conclusion The Uyghur scale has good reliability and validity, which can be applied in public health and medical fields to assess quality of life for Xinjiang people.
