摘　　要：科学出版社在2009年出版了《创新2050:科技革命与中国的未来》的系列丛书,涉及17个领域,八大经济社会基础。2013年4月8日德国联邦政府正式发布了《实施工业4.0战略规划建议》的白皮书。它们的核心均包含了:智能管理、智能设计与智能制造。大数据是实现"创新2050"和"工业4.0战略规划"的重要技术手段之一。介绍了智能管理、智能设计与智能制造对提高农药创制效率的意义和作用。The series of books, Science and Technology in China： A roadmap to 2050, published by Science Press in 2009, concerned with 17 areas and 8 economic social foundations. On April 8, 2013, the white paper of＂Industry 4.0＂ was released by German federal government. Intelligent management, intelligent design and intelligent manufacturing are the keys of ＂A roadmap to 2050＂ and ＂Industry 4.0＂. Big data is one of the most important technological means for ＂A roadmap to 2050 and ＂Industry 4.0＂. Herein, roles of intelligent management, intelligent design and intelligent manufacturing to increase the efficiency of pesticide discovery will be introduced.
