摘  要:采用浸叶法测定了9种农田常用杀螨剂对家蚕的急性毒性及其对家蚕中毒症状的观察统计。结果表明,甲维盐和阿维菌素对家蚕的LC_(50)分别为0.000 697、0.001 94 mg/L,为剧毒;氟虫腈、乙螨唑和虱螨脲表现为高毒,其LC_(50)分别为0.785、2.17、5.94 mg/L,以上剧毒和高毒级的农药应禁止在蚕区使用;虫螨腈和唑螨酯为中毒,LC_(50)分别为65.6、171.4 mg/L;螺螨酯和苯丁锡表现为低毒,其LC_(50)分别为234.0、261.3 mg/L。但在蚕区能否使用低毒级农药,还须考虑药剂的选择性、残毒期等因素。With leaf dipping method, 9 common acaricides were tested for determination of their acute toxicity to silkworm and observation of toxic symptom. Results showed that the LC50 of emamectin benzoate and abamectin to silkworm were 0.000697 and 0.001 94 mg/L respectively, which were virulent toxicity. Fipronil, etoxazole and lufenuron were high toxicity, with LC50 0.785, 2.17 and 5.94 mg/L respectively. Above pesticides with virulent and high toxicity should be banned for silkworm area use. Chlorfenapyr and fenpyroximate were of moderate toxicity with LC50 65.6 and 171.4 mg/L respectively. Spirodiclofen and fenbutatin oxide were low toxicity, and the LC50 were 234.0 and 261.3 mg/L respectively. However, besides the toxicity, selectivity, residual interval and other factors of a pesticide also should be considered for usage to silkworm area.
