摘 要:以淹水稻田土、林地土、旱作土为研究对象,以土壤中的脲酶、磷酸酶、蔗糖酶作为检测指标,研究不同浓度(0、7、10、13、16、19、160、240mg/L)联苯肼酯对土壤酶活性的影响,以此评价联苯肼酯的生态安全性。结果表明:亚致死和推荐使用浓度的联苯肼酯对水田土和旱作土的脲酶有较强的抑制作用,亚致死浓度对林地土的脲酶有激活作用,推荐使用浓度对其有抑制作用。水田土的磷酸酶在联苯肼酯处理下活性变化不明显,亚致死浓度的联苯肼酯对林地土和旱作土的磷酸酶活性无明显影响,推荐使用浓度处理后有明显的抑制作用。3种土的蔗糖酶经亚致死浓度的联苯肼酯处理后,酶活均无明显变化,推荐使用浓度的联苯肼酯处理后,水田土的蔗糖酶活性无明显变化,林地土和旱作土的蔗糖酶活性明显被激活。With paddy soil, woodland soil and dry soil as the research objects, and urease, invertase and phosphatase in soil as detection indexes, effects of bifenazate of different concentrations (0, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 160, 240 mg.L-1) on soil enzyme activity was investigated, and was used to evaluate the ecological security of bifenazate. Results showed that bifenazate of sublethal dose and recommended concentrations had strong inhibition to urease in the paddy soil and dry land soil, and the woodland soil urease was activated by sublethal concentrations and was inhibited by the recommended concentrations. After bifenazate treatment, phosphatase in the paddy soil changed unconspicuously. Sublethal concentrations of bifenazate had no obvious effect on phosphatase in the woodland soil and dry land soil, and recommended concentrations of bifenazate had obvious inhibitory effect. Sublethal concentrations of bifenazate had no obvious effect on the invertase in three kinds of soil. After the treatment with recommended concentrations of bifenazate, invertase activity in the paddy soil had no obvious change, the invertase in woodland soil and dry land soil was activated obviously.
