摘　　要：基于医院实施电子病历系统(EMR)的条件下,总结实施经验提出将存储在医院信息系统中的各种信息集中归档、存储的模式及其设计与实施思路。目的在于能实现病案无纸化存储、一体化展示、网络化应用。系统软件采用C/S架构,微软SQL Server 2005和oracle数据库。系统具有病历文档自动下载归档、一体化存储、病历网络查阅利用的功能。在实施过程中,仍有一些具体问题有待讨论解决。To summarize the experiences and put forward the design of centralized archiving storage on various messages stored in the information system of the hospital as well as its implementation thoughts. Our aim was to realize the paperless storage. integration exhibition and network application of medical records. The system included C/S framework. Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and oracle database. The function of the system included auto download archiving. integration storage and internet reading application of medical records. but there were still some concrete issues existing in the implementation process needed to be discussed and settled.
