某院床位资源配置的综合分析

摘　　要：目的结合病床工作效率和每百诊次入院人数指标对某院的床位设置进行优化调整。方法采集汇总某院2014年度医疗统计数据,应用病床工作效率指标进行统计学处理,测算出床位数的合理区间。结果22个临床科室中床位设置合理的有8个科室,床位配置偏少的有9个科室,床位配置偏多的有5个科室,存在床位设置不够合理的情况。结论通过对比合理区间与实际展开床位数,按需要调整部分科室床位,从而达到医院卫生资源配置的最优化。Objectives To conduct optimizing adjustment on the allocation of hospital beds in a hospital combined with the indexes of sickbeds work efficiency and admission number of every 100 visits. Methods To collect and summarize the medical statistical data of a hospital in 2014,make statistical analysis with the application of sickbeds work efficiency index. and calculate the reasonable interval of bed number. Results In the 22 clinical departments,the beds allocation of 8 departments was reasonable,9 departments was too few and another 5 departments was too more which were not reasonable. Conclusions To adjust the beds of different departments according the results of comparison of reasonable interval with actual beds numbers. so as to achieve the optimizing allocation of hospital health resources.
