摘　　要：近年来,欧盟为实现降低能源消耗、减少能源浪费,制定了一系列法规措施,对我国的电子产品出口形成了壁垒,我国家电制造业正处于转型升级的关键阶段,需要加强对欧盟相关法规的认识。本文针对(EU)No 1253/2014中对通风装置的生态设计要求进行了详细解读,并分析了该条例对社会的影响。In recent years, the EU enacted a series of regulatory measures to reduce energy consumption and waste. It created a barrier to China＇s electronic products exports. Meanwhile, as China＇s home appliance manufacturing industry is at a crucial stage of transformation and upgrading, the industries need to strengthen the understanding of the relevant EU regulations. The eco-design requirements in No. 1253/2014 for ventilations are interpreted in detail, and the impacts of the regulation related to the community are also analyzed in the paper.
