抗糖尿病药物所致临床不良反应的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析抗糖尿病药物所致临床不良反应。方法选择80例药物所致临床不良反应的病例,对病例进行数据处理与分析。结果 80例病例不良反应多发生用药1 d内,经过合适治疗治愈或者好转。结论患者口服抗糖尿病药物很容易出现临床的不良反应,临床要严格了解适应证,控制合理用药,分析不良反应,保持临床的用药安全。Objective To analyze the clinical adverse reactions caused by antidiabetic drugs. Methods 80 cases with drug-induced clinical adverse reactions were selected. And the data of them were processed and analyzed. Results Most adverse reactions of the 80 cases occurred after medication within 1 day, but cured or improved after appropriate treatment. Conclusion Patients taking antidiabetic drugs orally are prone to having clinical adverse reactions. In order to keep the clinical medication safety, the indications should be strictly understood, rational use of drugs should be controlled rationally and the adverse reactions should be analyzed.
