道夫速度对盖板花纤维长度分布的影响

摘　　要：研究了道夫速度对盖板花纤维长度分布的影响问题,用Premier aQura棉结和短纤维测试仪对3档道夫速度条件下所加工的盖板花进行了长度测试。测试结果显示:1盖板花纤维长度在6mm^38mm;2道夫速度对盖板花质量有影响,当其速度为20r/min时盖板花质量最好;3道夫速度为25r/min时,其3%、5%及有效长度要好于道夫速度30r/min,但12.7mm及16mm短绒率不如道夫速度30r/min;4从纤维长度分布来看,道夫速度30r/min比25r/min方案要好;5单纯以纤维长度指标来评判梳理效果可能是不完全的,以纤维长度分布评价分梳过程可能更准确一些。Probing is done into the impact of the doffer speed on the fiber length distribution of the flat strips.The fiber length is testeted with the test Premier aQura under the speeds of 3gears.The speed test proves that：①the fiber length of the flat strips keeps between 6mm～38mm;②the doffer speed has certain impact on the quality of the flat strips while the quality of the flat strips is the best at the doffer speed of 20r/min;③the fiber quality at 3%,5% and other valid length is better at doffer speed of 25r/min than at that of 30r/min,yet the noil rate under length of 12.7mm and 16 mm is lower than at that of 30r/min;④considering the fiber length distribution,the solution at 30r/min is better than that at 25r/min;⑤it is better to do carding effect judgments with the fiber length distribution instead of fiber length itself.
