摘　　要：分析了差别化纤维的物理性能及对牵伸胶辊的工艺要求,全面论述了差别化纤维专用牵伸胶辊的研制过程及主要影响因素,以WRC-JF68型胶辊为例,详细论述了其配方体系成分、核心技术、表面状态及主要特性。生产实践表明,WRC-JF68型牵伸胶辊具有抗静电、抗挠、低变形、耐油剂,适合光照处理等特性,能满足差别化纤维新型纺纱生产的工艺要求。Analysis is done of the physical property of the differential fiber and the requirements on the process of drafting cots.A comprehensive discussion is made to the development process of the special drafting cots for differential fiber spinning and the main factors therewith.Sampling the cot WRC-JF68,details discussion is made to the formula composition,core technology,surface state and the main characteristics of the same.The production practice proves that the drafting cots WRC-JF68 is of static-resistance,good tensile strength,small deformation,agent resistance,suitable for lightreatment,meeting the requirements of differential fiber spinning production process.
