喷气织机行星绞边机构的工作原理及使用

摘　　要：为了满足喷气织机织造时对边组织的要求,分析了行星绞边机构的传动及使用参数设定,结合绞边纱的工作特点和形成过程,说明行星绞边机构为高速运转机构,依靠齿轮传动、扭织边组织,适用于纬密为（30～100）根/（25.4mm）的织物组织,并阐述其使用注意事项。指出：绞边机构能有效防止边缘经纱脱落,随着科技的发展,其性能和种类会更加多样。In order to meet the requirements of the air-jet loom on the selvedge structure,analysis is done to the transmission and setting of the parameters of the planetary leno-selvedge mechanism,considering the performance and the formation process of the selvedge yarn,it is pointed out that the planetary selvedge mechanism is applicable for high speed operation,with the help of the gear transmission,and the twisted selvedge structure,suitable for production of the fabric with weft density 30～100root/（25.4 mm）,cautions are given herewith in the practice.It is pointed out that the leno-selvedge mechnism can effectively prevent the selvedge warp from slip-off.As the development of sci-technology goes further,the performance and variety will be further varied.
