摘 要:针对牛奶蛋白纤维的性能特点,介绍从原料到牛奶蛋白纱的生产工艺流程,说明从预处理到络筒各工序应把握的技术要点,并对牛奶蛋白纤维成纱质量相关技术指标进行分析。指出:牛奶蛋白纤维的加湿平衡预处理十分必要,清梳工序采取"细抓取、少打击、低速度、短流程、大隔距、小张力、轻定量、多回收"的工艺原则,并条采用二道并合顺牵伸,粗纱要优选工艺参数,细纱和络筒工序以控制毛羽为重点。As to the characteristics of milk protein fiber,the production flow is introduced from raw materials to yarn with milk protein fiber.Process cautions are given from preconditioning to winding.Analysis is made to the tech-specifications relevant to yarn quality of milk protein fiber.It is pointed out that wet preconditioning of the milk protein fiber is absolutely necessary.In the blowing-carding process,it is better to adopt the process principle of"elaborate snapping,less blowing,low speed,short flow,big gauge,small tension,small ration,more recovery".In the drawing process,double drawing in sequence is employed.In the roving process,optimization of the specifications is necessary.In the spinning and the winding sections,hairiness control is the main job.
