摘 要:为了满足高速匀整并条机所需检测精度,提出并条机自调匀整系统中喂入检测装置的力学模型,并根据其结构特点对不同结构的摆臂进行有限元分析。指出:筒式结构摆臂最大变形处集中在弹簧力作用区域内,框式结构摆臂最大变形处集中在凸罗拉加载处;框式结构变形较均匀,相比筒式结构更具优势;两种结构的摆臂均满足安全条件,而框式结构应力分布较均匀,摆臂在过渡处尽可能采用圆角以避免应力集中。In order to gain the required detection accuracy of the auto-leveler on the high-speed drawing frame,a mechanical model is established for auto-leveled feeding process of the drawing frame.And more,a finite element analysis of swing arm with different structure is done according to the structural features.It is pointed out that the maximum deformation of the barrel structure of swing arm is mainly in the action area of spring force while the maximum deformation of the framed structure of swing arm is mainly in the convex roller loading area.The framed structural deformation is uniform,having more advantages compared with the barrel structure,both of which meet the safety conditions,and the stress distribution of the framed structure is uniform.It is better to use the fillet at the transition point in the swing arm in order to avoid stress concentration.
