摘　　要：针对纺织企业面临的胶辊与空调管理问题,用移距偏差理论解释牵伸问题,科学分析空调温湿度、电子清纱器、自动络筒机、胶辊损伤、疵品纱的管理问题;客观解析我国纺织业目前面临的困难及原因。指出:解决棉纺生产中的实际问题需要科技支撑;只有建立起纺织科技的绝对优势,才能占领国际高端市场。As to the problems with the cots and air conditioning management facing the textile enterprises,shifting deviation theory is used to explain the drafting problems with reasonable analysis of management problems with air conditioning,humiture,electronic yarn cleaning,automatic winding,roller damaging,and defected yarn.Objective analysis is done of the difficulties China textile industry is currently facing and the cause of the same.It is pointed out that problems in real cotton production needs the support of sci-technology.Only when China has overwhelming superiority of textile sci-technology,can China textile production occupy the international market of high-end.
