摘　　要：分析ERMS的产生、现状及未来发展,探讨图书馆在电子资源管理和利用等方面所面临的问题和挑战,从图书馆管理和读者利用两个角度提出应用ERMS进行电子资源管理的必要性、科学性以及应该思考和改进的几个问题。By analyzing the situation and development of ERMS,this paper discusses the library facing problems and challenges in terms of electronic resource management and reader using electronic resources,and points out that the necessity and several problems in using ERMS needing to be thought and improved from the management of the libraries and the use of the readers.
