摘  要:以一种环氧乙烷/环氧丙烷嵌段不饱和聚醚为原料,以过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,二甲苯为溶剂,用丙烯酸加以扩链,加入盐酸为催化剂,进一步酯化合成了一种新型梳型聚醚型破乳剂(CPPG)。通过单因素实验考察了聚合和酯化诸因素对破乳性能的影响,采用蒸馏法对其破乳性能进行测试。结果表明:当n(聚醚)∶n(丙烯酸)=1.9∶5、BPO的添加量为OXAC-508质量分数2%、聚合温度80℃、聚合时间7h、酯化温度140℃时,脱水效果最佳。在破乳剂的添加量为50mg/L时,破乳剂(CPPG)针对辽河油田曙四联原油具有较好的破乳效果。通过FTIR方法对中间体产物的分子结构进行了表征。A novel polyether demulsifier(CPPG)was synthesized with solution polymerization of unsaturated polyether as material,dimethybenzene as solvent,benzoyl peroxide(BPO)as initiator and Acrylic acid(AA)as chain extender.Esterification reation was concidered with HCl as esterified catalyst.Effects of various factors during polymerization and esterification on the permance of the demulsification were studied by single factor experiment.The optimal preparation conditions were as follows:n(polyether)∶n(AA)=1.9∶5,initiator dosage was 2% of OXAC-508,polymerization temperature was 80 ℃for 7hand esterified temperature was 140 ℃.Under dosage of 50mg/L,the dehydration rate of crude oil had good effects on crude.Molecular structures of intermediate products were characterized by FTIR.
