摘 要:制备了负载型催化剂ZrOCl2·8H2O/H-ZSM-20,考察了以邻氨基苯酚与原乙酸三乙酯为原料催化合成2-甲基苯并噁唑反应的催化活性。探究了负载型催化剂ZrOCl2·8H2O负载量、催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间的影响,确定了最优的反应条件。结果表明:在ZrOCl2·8H2O负载量为5.0%,反应中催化胡ZrOCl2·8H2O/H-ZSM-20的用量6.0%,60℃反应10min,2-甲基苯并噁唑的收率达100%。The supported catalysts of ZrOCl2·8H2O/H-ZSM-20 were prepared,and their catalytic activities for the synthesis of 2-methylbenzoxazole were investigated with triethyl orthoacetate and o-aminophenol as raw materials.Effects of reaction conditions such as ZrOCl2 ·8H2O loadings,ZrOCl2·8H2O/H-ZSM-20 catalyst dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time were explored and optimal reaction conditions were confirmed.Results show that yield of 2-methylbenzoxazole can be up to 100% when ZrOCl2·8H2O loadings is 5.0%,catalyst dosage is 6.0% and reacts at 60 ℃ for 10 min.
