摘　　要：目的:研究七氟醚预处理对老年腹腔镜手术患者术中应激反应、TXA2/PGI2含量以及术后神经相关蛋白含量的影响。方法:选取在本院接受腹腔镜手术的100例老年患者纳入研究,随机分为两组,观察组在麻醉诱导时进行七氟醚预处理,对照组接受常规麻醉诱导,检测两组应激反应指标、TXA2/PGI2含量以及术后神经相关蛋白含量。结果:观察组的血清Cor、CK-MB、hs-cTnI的含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的TXB2含量、TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α比例低于对照组,6-Keto-PGF1α含量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清Aβ、Tau、S100β的含量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七氟醚预处理有助于缓解术中应激反应、调节TXA2/PGI2平衡、抑制血小板过度激活,同时减少神经细胞损伤、改善术后认知功能,是老年腹腔镜手术理想的麻醉诱导方式。Objective：To study the effects of sevoflurane preconditioning on intraoperative stress response,TXA2/PGI2 contents and postoperative nerve related protein contents on elderly patients received laparoscopic operation.Methods：A total of 100 elderly patients received laparoscopic operation in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Observation group were treated with sevoflurane preconditioning during general anesthesia induction;control group received routine anesthesia induction.Then stress reaction index,TXA2/PGI2 contents and postoperative neural related protein content were detected.Results：（1）stress reaction：serum Cor,CK-MB and hs-cTnI of observation group were lower than those of control group;（2）TXA2/PGI2content：TXB2content and TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1αratio of observation group were lower than those of control group;6-Keto-PGF1αcontent was higher than that of control group;（3）serum neural related protein：serum Aβ,Tau,S100βlevels of observation group were lower than those of control group.Conclusion：Sevoflurane preconditioning is helpful to relieve intraoperative stress response,regulating balance of TXA2/PGI2,inhibit excessive platelet activation and reduce nerve cells damage,improve postoperative cognitive function;it＇s an ideal anesthesia induction method in elderly laparoscopic surgery.
