摘　　要：利用氧化钙对革屑进行水解,探索革屑水解的最佳条件,然后利用液相色谱检测水解液的成分及含量。将油酰氯与浓缩后的水解液进行反应,制得表面活性剂,并将其用于制革过程中的蓝革回水工序,最后,检测其对皮革回水效果的影响。The shavings were hydrolyzed by calcium oxide, and the optimal conditions were founded at the same time. The com- position and content of the hydrolyzate was determined by liquid chromatography. The protein - based surfactant was prepared through the reaction between oleoyl chloride and condensed hydrolysate. Then the surfactant was applied to the soaking process of wet blue and the effects on soaking were tested.
