摘  要:探索了在铬鞣过程添加水性超支化聚酯(HBP)来提高铬吸收率的可行性。所用水性聚合物可以与铬离子很好地配位,因此添加HBP将显著提高普通铬粉的耐碱稳定性。同时还考察了HBP添加量和添加时间对铬鞣过程铬吸收率和成革品质的影响。试验发现,占铬粉用量7.5%(w/w)的HBP随提碱剂添加对提高铬吸收率有最佳的效果。在不改变传统工艺的情况下,HBP的添加不仅能提高铬吸收率,而且还提高了成革的热稳定性和拉伸强度,有效降低废液中的铬含量;并能在保证成革品质的前提下,将现行工艺中的铬粉用量减少20%左右。因此,其在清洁化制革上具有很高的应用价值。The feasibility of improvement of chromium absorption was investigated by adding waterborne hyperbranched polyester(HBP) during tanning processing. HBP could coordinate with Cr( Ill ) ions smoothly, thus it improved alkali resist- ant stability of chromium dramatically. The effects of the amount and add time of HBP on absorption rate of chromium and leather properties were studied. The results show that 7.5 % of HBP has the best effect on absorption rate of chromium with adding basifying agent. Without changing the traditional processing, it can improve the chromium absorption, thermostability and tensile strength of leather, and also reduce chromium Content in wastewater after adding HBP. In addition, the use of HBP can also reduce about 20% of the amount of chromium in current processing. HBP has a high application value in clean tech- nology of leather.
