摘 要:采用4类不同引发体系,如过硫酸铵(APS)、过硫酸铵/亚硫酸氢钠(APS/SBs)、Fenton试剂(H2O2/Fe2+)、硝酸铈铵(CAN),引发胶原水解物与丙烯酸类单体接枝共聚,制备CH-g-AAs系列共聚物,并对它们进行应用效果研究。红外光谱证明,4类引发体系均能使胶原水解物与丙烯酸类单体发生接枝反应。与另外3类引发体系相比,CAN的引发效果更好,接枝率和接枝效率分别达到143.85%和68.35%。CH-g-AAs-1(APS引发)和CH-g-AAs-3(APS/SBs引发)的黏度高于CH-g-AAs-2(H2O2/Fe2+引发)和CH-g-AAs-4(CAN引发)的黏度。应用试验表明:水解胶原-丙烯酸树脂共聚物可减轻传统丙烯酸树脂复鞣时,皮革产生的"浅色效应"。考察填充后皮革的增厚效果和物理力学性能发现:CH-g-AAs-1和CH-g-AAs-3的应用效果要优于CH-g-AAs-2和CH-g-AAs-4。A series of CH - g - AAs grafted copolymers were prepared by graft copolymerization of acrylic monomers onto colla- gen hydrolysate in four kinds of initiating systems, ammonium persulfate ( APS ), ammonium persulfate/sodium bisulfate ( APS/ SBs), fenton's reagent( H2OJFe2~) and ceric ammonium nitrate( CAN), and the application effects were studied. FT- IR spectra proves the existence of grafted copolymers in the composites. Comparing with the others initiating systems, CAN shows a better initi- ate efficiency, its percent grafting(PG) and grafting efficiency(GE) can reach 143.85% and 68.35%, respectively. The viscosity of CH - g - AAs - 1 ( APS initiated) and CH - g - AAs - 3 ( H2 O2/Fe2 ~ initiated) are higher than that of CH - g - AAs - 2 ( APS/SBs initiated) and CH - g - AAs - 4 ( CAN initiated). Application research found that grafted copolymers, as an acrylic retanning or fill- ing agent,can reduce the" light shade effect" ,CH -g -AAs - 1 and CH -g -AAs -3 have a better thickening effect and physi- cal - mechanics than that of CH - g - AAs - 2 and CH - g - AAs - 4.
