摘 要:采用麻疯树籽油作为协同鞣剂,与植物鞣剂共同应用于皮革鞣制中,克服了传统植鞣法中的大部分缺点。对鞣制系统的不同工艺参数进行研究。采用柔软测试仪对柔软性的改善效果量化。同时,采用新鲜成熟的真菌,如黑曲霉、黄曲霉和木霉菌作为接种物,考察鞣革的抗菌效果。研究表明,采用麻疯树籽油和植物鞣剂共同鞣制的新型鞣法,是一种利用可再生能源的可行性鞣法。The Jatropha curcas seed oil was used as a co - stabilizing agent along with vegetable tannin eliminated most of the drawbacks associated with conventional tanning. Detailed study was made by varying the process parameters of tanning. The im- provement in softness characteristics was quantified using a softness tester. Fresh mature cultures of fungal species, Asp. Niger, Asp. flavus and Trichoderma viridae were used as sources of inoculum for assessment of improvements in fungal resistance. The study indicates a novel tanning process using J. curcus seed oil along with vegetable tanning agents can emerge as a viable tanning system based on replenishable resources.
