摘  要:通过分析在鞋面不同材料搭接处出现破损的运动鞋样品,依据QB/T 2224-2012《鞋类帮面低温耐折性能要求》,使用辅助材料对相关织物试样进行改造,使试样屈挠时拉力和摩擦力增大,从而达到模拟鞋穿着使用时的状态,有效评估织物材料与硬质材料搭接处的耐屈挠性能。Some fabric materials overlaps leather ,TPU and other hard materials used on flexing part of sports shoes vamp, its may face problems of break after short-term wear. These problems will affect the wears of the footwear and reduce customers' satisfaction with our products. On the basis of QB/T 2224-2012 Footwear-performance equirement for uppers low-temperature -lexing resistance, the use condition of footwear was simulated, by using auxiliary materials to increase tension and friction when the specimen during flexing. It's a better method to evaluate the flexing resistance quality of vamp stitching area of fabric with hard materials.
