摘 要:采用GB/T20991-2007《个体防护装备鞋的测试方法》提供的方法,对两种不同材料的安全鞋外底进行了鞋座区域能量吸收测试。研究发现,鞋座区域能量吸收性能与鞋底材料、鞋底结构、花纹和厚度及鞋垫的结构及厚度等多种因素有关。此外,标准对于安全鞋的鞋座区域能量吸收性能,仅考虑了第一次的压缩过程,而对于经使用一段时间后材料缓冲性能的降低,未给予考虑。建议在今后的标准制修订中,对于安全鞋外底缓冲减震功能的评估,还应对其的最大冲力、最大形变、能量回归等多个指标进行测试,这样才能较为科学合理。Methods provided by GB/T20991-2007 Personal protective equipment --test method for footwear were adopted for seat area's energy absorption of safety footwear between rubber outsole and PUR one. The result showed that energy of seat area was affacted by a variety of factors, for instance, the material, structure, texture and thicknesss of sole, the structure and thickness of insoles, and so on. In addition, the standard for seat area energy absorption property of safety footwear, the first compressive process is only considered, and there is no any consideration on cushioning property of materials after certain using. The suggest is made which the indicators like maximum impact force, maximum deformation, energy returning, etc should be tested, when the later version on cushioning property of safety footwear is studied, so as to draw out the more scientific and reasonable result on cushioning property.
