精索鞘膜翻转术和精索囊肿切除术的比较研究(附48例报告)

摘　　要：目的:比较精索鞘膜翻转术和精索囊肿切除术的疗效。方法:将48例原发性精索囊肿患者按照入院顺序编码,奇数为试验组(施行精索鞘膜翻转术),偶数为对照组(施行精索囊肿切除术),比较两组手术时间、术后阴囊肿胀情况、住院天数、住院费用、切口愈合情况,术后随访观察是否复发。结果:试验组手术时间、住院天数比对照组短,阴囊肿胀情况比对照组轻,住院费用比对照组少,切口全部甲级愈合,术后均无复发。结论:行精索鞘膜翻转术能达到与精索囊肿切除术一样的效果,且具有节省手术时间、减少术后阴囊肿胀、降低住院费用、手术容易掌握等优点。建议将精索鞘膜翻转术作为精索囊肿的首选术式。Objective：To compare the therapeutic effects between eversion of the tunica vaginalis and resection of spermatic cord cyst.Method：Forty-eight cases of primary cyst of the spermatic cord were divided into two groups by coding,odd for the experimental group（eversion of the tunica vaginalis）,even as the control group（resection of spermatic cord cyst）.We compared the operation time,postoperative scrotal swelling,hospital stay,hospital expenses,incision healing,and the occurrence of recurrence between two groups.Result：The operation time and hospital stay of the experimental group was shorter than the control group,and the scrotal swelling was milder than the control group.The hospital expenses of the experimental group were less than the control group,and all the incisions of the experimental group healed well.No recurrence occurred postoperatively.Conclusion：Eversion of the tunica vaginalis may be the preferred choice because of its shorter operation time,milder postoperative scrotal swelling,less hospital expenses and easier procedure.Moreover,it can receive the same clinical effect as spermatic cord cyst resection.
