摘　　要：厚规格热镀铝锌产品主要用于工业电气柜制造,市场需求量较大,但因表面质量及性能要求较高,生产难点多。为实现高质量产品的稳定生产,梅钢通过开展一贯制生产设计,消除脱锌、边部增厚、挫伤、折弯开裂等缺陷,实现了该产品的稳定量产,为公司在镀铝锌产品领域打开了新的局面。The thicker hot-dipped galvalume coating products have been widely used in industrial electric cabinets. Because of the higher surface quality and the stable performance,the production process has been more difficult. Through the integrated process design and the elimination of the dezincification, edge-buildup, contusion and bended cracking, this type of products has been stably producted in Meishan Steel. A new situation has been developed in the field of the hot-dipped galvalume coating for the whole company.
