摘 要:圆韧带是髋关节的重要组织结构,近些年来其主要的功能、损伤及治疗逐渐受到重视。圆韧带的功能目前颇受争议,但是圆韧带与膝关节前交叉韧带在解剖结构及生化方面有相似之处。圆韧带的损伤分为三个主要类型:部分撕裂、完全撕裂及退行性撕裂。临床上缺乏对圆韧带损伤的特异性体格检查,影像学方面MRa较MRI更具优势,因此圆韧带损伤的诊断需结合病史、体格检查及影像学表现。目前,圆韧带损伤的手术指征不断发展变化,治疗多采取髋关节镜的治疗方案,也有圆韧带重建手术的个案报道。The ligamentum teres is an important structure in human hip,researchers and clinical doctors have paid more attention to its function,injury and treatment recently. The precious function of ligamentum teres is still under debate,but it is anatomically and biochemically similar to the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee. There are three main different types of injury:complete rupture,partial rupture and degenerative rupture. The diagnosis of ligamentum teres lacks of specific physical examination,MRa has many advantages than MRI,so doctors should combine the clinical history,physical examination and image to diagnose. Currently,the indications for treatment are evolving,most of the ligamentum teres lesions are treated arthroscopically and there are a few reports about ligamentums teres reconstruction.
