虎驹乙肝胶囊联合阿德福韦酯调节HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者免疫功能的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨虎驹乙肝胶囊联合阿德福韦酯对HBe Ag阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者的免疫调节作用。方法将64例HBe Ag阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,对照组30例口服阿德福韦酯,5粒/次,3次/天,治疗组34例口服虎驹乙肝胶囊(5粒/次,3次/天)加阿德福韦酯(10mg/天),均治疗6个月,随访1年。结果与对照组比较,治疗组能够明显降低ALT、AST、HBV-DNA水平,并能够明显改善HBe Ag阳性CHB患者的临床症状。治疗组肝功能复常率、HBV DNA转阴率均显著升高;治疗组能明显上调IFN-γ的表达和抑制IL-4及TNF-α的表达。结论虎驹乙肝胶囊联合阿德福韦酯治疗慢性乙型肝炎安全有效,可促进患者肝功能改善,可调节患者体内免疫功能,减少对肝细胞的细胞毒作用,进而达到保护肝脏的治疗效果。Objective To explore the regulatory effect of Huju Yigan capsule combined with adefovir dipivoxil on the immunity of patients with HBe Ag positive chronic hepatitis B. Methods 64 cases of patients with HBe Ag positive chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group of 30 cases were oral taken adefovir dipivoxil,5 capsules each time for 3 times per day,the treatment group of 34 cases were oral taken Huju Yigan capsule（ 5 capsules each time for 3 times per day） and adefovir dipivoxil（ 10 mg / days）. The patients were treated for six months and follow-up for one year. Results Compared with the control group,the levels of ALT,AST and HBV-DNA levels in treatment group of HBe Ag positive CHB patients were significantly reduced,and the clinical symptoms were obviously improved. The recovery rate of liver function,HBV DNA negative rate were significantly increased,the expression of IFN-γ and inhibition of IL-4 and TNF-α. were also significantly up-regulated in treatment group. Conclusion Huju Yigan capsule combined with adefovir dipivoxil in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B is safe and effective. It might improve liver function,regulate the body immune function and reduce the cytotoxicity of liver cells to reach better treatment effect for Patients with HBe Ag Positive Chronic Hepatitis B.
