同型半胱氨酸及胱抑素-C联检与妊娠性肾病综合症的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)及胱抑素-C(cystatin,Cys-C)联检与妊娠性肾病综合症的相关性。方法分别测定妊娠性糖尿病伴肾病组46例、妊娠性糖尿病不伴肾病组58例、健康对照组50例的Hcy与Cys-C水平,并进行分析比对。结果在糖尿病伴肾病组、糖尿病不伴肾病组与健康对照组之间,Cys-C水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Hcy水平在糖尿病伴肾病组与糖尿病不伴肾病组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在糖尿病伴肾病组与健康对照组间差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05),在糖尿病不伴肾病组与健康对照组间差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Hcy与Cys-C联检,提示糖尿病开始向肾损伤发展,给临床发出危险信号,有助于糖尿病肾病的病情严重程度评估。Objective To investigate the correlation between the combined detection of homocysteine（ Hcy） and cystain-C（ Cyc-C） with gestational nephrotic syndrome. Methods The serum levels of Hcy and Cyc-C in 23 cases of gestational diabetes with nephropathy,58 cases of gestational diabetes without nephropathy group and50 cases of health controls were detected. Results There were significantly difference on Cys-C levels between gestational diabetics with nephropathy group,without nephropathy group and normal control（ P〈0. 05）. There were significantly difference on Hcy levels between gestational diabetics with nephropathy group and without nephropathy group（ P〈0. 05）,between gestational diabetics with nephropathy group and health control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combined detection of serum levels of Hcy and Cys-C could play an important role in the assessment of the severity of diabetic nephropathy.
