神经性厌食症一例报道并文献复习

摘　　要：神经性厌食症在临床中罕见,临床诊疗思路仍不明确,本文报道1例以精神刺激诱发的体质量异常减轻的年轻女性患者,根据病史及发病特点、实验室检查可确诊为神经性厌食症,对于该患者的治疗以心理疗法及中药治疗为主,未服用精神疾病药物,随访患者病情好转。Anorexia nervosa is an extremely rare disease in clinic,with unclear clinical diagnosis and treatment. This study report a case of anorexia nervosa with abnormal weight reduce,who was diagnosed as anorexia nervosa based on disease history,disease characteristics and laboratory examination. The treatment of the patient was mainly with psychotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine,without psychiatric drugs. The following up showed the patient＇s condition was improved.
