摘 要:对长江口不同性腺发育时期中华绒螯蟹(Eriocheir sinensis)雌性亲蟹的性腺与肝胰腺进行取样,对比研究放流群体和自然群体之间能量代谢的差异。结果表明,在亲蟹性腺发育的不同时期,放流群体和自然群体的性腺指数均在V期显著升高,而肝胰腺指数无显著变化;性腺总脂含量放流群体在第VI1期显著下降,自然群体在第VI2期显著升高,其它时期变化均不显著;放流群体和自然群体的肝胰腺总脂含量随着性腺的发育逐渐减小,第VI2期显著低于第IV期。在亲蟹性腺发育的同一时期,放流群体性腺和肝胰腺的蛋白水平显著小于自然群体,两个群体的性腺指数、肝胰腺指数、水分含量、总脂含量等指标无显著性差异。因此,可以在放流前对亲蟹进行营养强化,提高其机体蛋白含量,这有助于提升增殖放流效果。Chinese mitten crab,Eriocheir sinensis,is a native freshwater crab widely distributed in eastern China. The native range of E. sinensis includes three main drainage basins: the rivers of Liaohe,Yangtze and Oujiang. The Yangtze population of E. sinensis has the largest adult body size,the best growth performance and taste among three populations,and the Yangtze Estuary is the biggest spawing ground for E. sinensis. Due to overfishing,environmental pollution,hydraulic egineering etc,the resource of megalopae and parent crabs have been decreasing rapidly from 1990 s. In order to recover the resource,there has been a series of stock enhancement programs for E. sinensis in the Yangtze River since 2004. These measures have realized some stock recovery. However,there is little published information on the evaluation of releasing except changes in serum biochemical indexes. Thus,there is also a need to evaluate energy metabolism of female crabs between the releasing population and wild population in different gonad development stages during the reproductive migration. This can be used to evaluate the effects of physiological adaptability and breeding in the Yangtze Estuary,to enrich breeding biology knowledge,and to provide theoretical reference in stock recovery and resource conservation. During the reproductive migration of Eriocheir sinensis in the Yangtze Estuary,energy metabolism of female crabs was studied between the releasing population and wild population in different gonad development stages. After taking out the gonads and hepatopancreas from the crabs,the hepatopancreas samples were dried and moisture contents calculated. According to the standard AOAC method,the protein and fat contents were detected by kjeldahl determination and soxhlet extraction. Results showed that in different gonad development stages,the hepatopancreas indexes of the releasing stock and wild population increased significantly in the gonad development stage V.
