世界男排队长场上位置、年龄及技术特征研究

摘　　要：通过数理统计法和逻辑分析法等方法,从位置、年龄及技术上对2007男排世界杯和2011男排世界杯队长的特征进行研究,得出:(1)两届男排世界杯全部参赛队员的平均年龄为26岁,队长的平均年龄为31岁,男排队长的平均年龄比全部队员的平均年龄大5岁。(2)男排主攻、接应二传、二传、副攻位置的队员都能担任队长,但主攻队员最多,可以主攻队员为重点考虑对象。(3)男排队长的选择应首先考虑该队技术能力突出的队员,其次还应考虑技术能力不突出,但性格、领导协调能力、自觉性等非技术能力突出的队员。建议:第一,男排球队长重点考虑31岁左右的队员;第二,首先考虑排球技术能力突出的主攻队员,其次,考虑技术能力突出的其他位置队员;再次,考虑技术能力不突出,但性格、领导协调能力、自觉性等其他非技术能力突出的队员。by the mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method,conducts the research from the characteristics of the 2007 men＇s Volleyball World Cup and the 2011 men＇s Volleyball World Cup captain position,age and technology. Come 1）,average age of the two session of the men＇s Volleyball World Cup all team members is 26 years old,the average age of the captain was 31 years old,the average age of the men＇s volleyball team captain all players than the average age of 5 years older. 2） The men＇s Volleyball Setter attack,second,font,position players can act as the captain,but most of the main players,can be the main players for the priority. 3） men＇s volleyball team captain options should first consider the technical ability the team＇s outstanding player,and should also consider technical ability is not outstanding,but the personality and leadership ability,consciousness and non technical ability outstanding player. Suggestions,first,male volleyball captain key consideration about the age of 31 players,second,the main players,first consider the volleyball technical ability outstanding second,consider other position players,technical ability outstanding again,consider the technical ability is not outstanding,but the ability of character,leadership ability,consciousness and other non technological factors of outstanding player.
